Inward AMR Innovation Mission to the UK 2022

Curb Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) by boosting collaboration through new partnerships and joint innovation, growing your organisation.

The Inward Mission to the UK will take place from 16 – 20 May 2022 at three key AMR hotspots of Oxford, Alderley Park and Edinburgh. UK participants can register on just one or all of these event dates.

The programme offers a thematic approach, each with a keynote presentation from Thematic Champions (speakers and topics are subject to change)

    Each event will consist of industry and funding presentations, tour of venue facilities and opportunity for 1:1 matchmaking meetings to develop new partnerships and leads both in the UK and internationally. They will bring together experts from across the world, big pharma, SMEs, academics, governments and more (including buyers and suppliers). This is a unique opportunity to find out more about the UK ecosystem, challenges and opportunities, and generate new business contacts and contracts in the UK and internationally.

    Delegates will have the ability to arrange 1:1 meetings with other attendees with who you think you can collaborate. Meetings will take place in a dedicated area and will be arranged in advance by means of this website.

    • Non-UK participants have undergone a separate, detailed application process
    • Following large interest, applicants were selected from 36 organisations with the strongest potential to partner with UK organisations
    • A further selection process is being made to welcome the most appropriate 25 organisations on this mission
